He is.........And that is why I love Him so.

If you have done any blog hopping lately you realize that there are some incredible women out there that are our sisters. It is going to amazing one day to walk down gold streets and run into those that we have only seen on the computer screen.
I am touched by so many of them each day-----God is doing a good work in many of their lives. I know we are not perfect..............I will be the first to raise my hand when they ask for the unfinished to fess up. But honestly, how cool is it for God to give us the chance to learn more about Him through other women who are at different stages than us?

HERE IS A LITTLE SOMETHING I FOUND WHILE BLOG HOPPING THIS WEEKEND.

While praying one day, a woman asked, "Who are you, Lord?"

He answered, "I Am."

"But who is I Am?" she asked.

And He replied, "I Am Love,
I Am Peace,
I Am Grace,
I Am Joy,
I Am the Way, the Truth, and the Light,
I Am the Comforter,
I Am Strength,
I Am Safety,
I Am Shelter,
I Am Power,
I Am the Creator,
I Am the Beginning and the End,
I Am the Most High."

The lady with tears in her eyes looked toward Heaven and said, "Now I understand. But Lord, who am I?"

Then God tenderly wiped the tears from her eyes and
whispered, "You are Mine."

That is awesome. Do not give up on the weight loss, you can do this, with God. It has taken me to get to 39 (almost 40) to reach a point where I felt - yes, this can be done, in a new way with God. I have lost 45lb since I started in January. I am now sitting at 142lb (my goal was 143lb), and have my 'final' goal in mind now of 136lb, so that is 8lb to go. The bug has helped shift a few pound this weekend I must add, so there have been some benefits!

That is very beautiful, Sharon. Yes, we are His, despite our faults and shortcomings...He paid the price once and for all.

Be blessed this week and always.

Beautiful post -- and I LOVE the new header. Reminds me of how all of us are so different, yet the Lord uses us and our various talents for His glory! And He loves us the same! Don't give up on your journey -- you know my struggles, but continue to please HIM in your life and use your experiences for His glory! D
