HOw to correctly weigh yourself.... I can't believe I was doing it wrong all these years!!! We must get the word out!
All of this time we having been weighing ourselves incorrectly. What a HUGE relief to finally find out how we are suppose to weigh ourselves. Hope that you experience the same relief as I did.
Hope it works this time -don't know what happened to the picture on the last post. It was there I promise!

HA! I can see it now. Gonna weigh myself that way tomorrow -- I'll probably be in the negative numbers then huh?! Too funny. D
